Our App comes with 1 Strength Training workout and 2 Cardio Exercises per week! Enjoy 1 on 1 assistance via phone or video chat (15 - 30 minutes) every 4 weeks. 

TBTP Novice: New to fitness?! Enjoy 1-2 Strength Training workouts and 3 Cardio Exercises per week, fully customizable! Enjoy 1 on 1 assistance via phone or video chat (15 - 30 minutes) every 3 weeks. 

TBTP Pro: Prefer the challenge! Enjoy 4-6 Strength Training workouts and 3 Cardio Exercises per week, fully customizable! Enjoy 1 on 1 assistance via phone or video chat (15 - 30 minutes) every 2 weeks.
